"I came to Wuhan 32 years ago, and I feel astonished to see such great changes taking place in Wuhan, especially in OPC,” said Wu Peirong, deputy editor-in-chief of the European Times of France.

As a Wuhan native living in Germany, Zhou Jun, director of the Chinese department of a TV station in Germany, claimed that Wuhan has obvious advantages in transportation, living environment, and policies to attract people with professional skills.

Reporters from the media group also toured Lenovo’s Wuhan production base, the China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co, and Wuhan science and technology town.

The media tour, which focused on changes that have taken place in China over the past five years, was organized by Hubei Publicity Department and China News Agency.
