First Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe train in 2016 set out from Wujiashan station on January 1st, headed towards Hamburg fully loaded with clothes and daily commodities.

As introduced, over 110 trains have departed since it resumed operation in April 2014. 65,700 tons of cargos from central China, Yangtze River Area, Pearl River Area have been transferred in Wuhan to European countries in 2015.

In the meanwhile, the backward train was launched, which effectively solved problem of returned cargos, including plastic floor board, auto parts, cosmetics, fishery tools, timber, etc.

With the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe train attracted more and more attention from countries along the "Belt and Road", a total of 537 trains are estimated to be launched in 2016.
