May 28, 2015 marks the one year anniversary since the extension of Wuhan light rail No.1, which extends to North Hankou, opened to traffic.

Nowadays, North Hankou has become the symbol of burgeoning commerce and trade logistic in central China. It takes only half an hour from central Hankou to North Hankou.

As introduced, North Hankou International Trade Center is renowned all over the country as commodity entrepot. Over 10,000 of the 23,000 shops in Hanzheng Street have moved here, with an annual trade volume over 40 billion Yuan (US$ 6.452 billions).

With the improvement of traffic condition of North Hankou, the number of e-commerce shops has witnessed a sharp increase to more than 4,000, with an obvious growth in sales of physical stores.

Besides, North Hankou has formed an integrated and chained clothing industrial development model with trading centers of light textile, clothes, etc.
