Prologis, a Fortune Global 500 company, will invest 130 million U.S. dollars to construct a logistics park in Caidian District of Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei Province.
With a first-phase investment of 65 million U.S. dollars to build 13.3 hectares, the logistics park will cover 26.6 hectares after completed.
The project is aimed at building a world-leading comprehensive logistics park, offering professional and efficient services of purchasing, warehousing, logistics distribution and clearing, and providing integrated matching services for the Environmental Science and Technology Park invested by China National Nuclear Corporation.
