It only takes half a year for the demonstration zones to take shape. The average input of each demonstration zone is about 3-4 billion Yuan. With tight budget, local government lay much effort in financing, contracting and inward investment.
Shanghai General Motor, Lenovo and Chow Tai Fook have settled in with projects over 5 billion Yuan. Industrial input expanded 60 percent in the first five months of this year, which is in the leading position of 19 sub-provincial cities nationwide.

According to local officials, utilization of land in demonstration zone will adhere to the concept of scientific and sustainable development.
