Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) plans to invest 21.3 billion yuan ($3.38 billion) in the zone’s construction during 2018, according to a meeting held on April 4.
The key construction projects are mainly in areas including transportation, water pollution control, and reconstruction of old villages.
From January to March this year, WHDZ has invested 4.3 billion yuan in urban construction, accounting for 20.17 percent of the annual investment target.
