On Dec 12, the construction of Synopsys Wuhan Industrial Park in Optics Valley began, alongside the Optics Valley IC chip and IP design Summit Forum.
Synopsys’ global president, Chen Zhikuan, the president of Synopsys in China, Ge Qun, and city leaders in Wuhan were in attendance. Synopsys is the 15th largest software company in the world, and it is a leading company in electronic design automation (EDA) and semiconductor IP fields, providing chips and software solutions throughout the industry. Synopsys Industrial Park is the world's first investment in the construction of the top R & D industrial parks, and it is a combination of Silicon Valley and Optics Valley high technologies. It will integrate all electronic resources in central China and provide services to global integrated circuit industry markets. Synopsys technology is at the heart of innovations that are changing the way we live and work: the internet, autonomous cars, wearable devices, secure financial services, machine learning and computer vision. These breakthroughs are ushering in the era of Smart, Secure Everything―where devices are getting smarter, everything’s connected, and everything must be secure. Synopsys will increase investment to software and security work and develop high technologies and products in the fields of semiconductors and electronic information.
